Tom works as our Talent Match Youth Engagement Officer, his role involves dealing with and talking to young people on a daily basis, building on their talents and encouraging them to take part in Groundwork SY's Enterprise Camp.
Starting out as a volunteer on Groundwork South Yorkshire's NCS programme a couple of years ago, our delivery partner Element saw in Tom his talent and dedication for making other people happy and encouraging them to excel.
