Our Agreement

You can view a sample copy of the tenancy agreement that explains what you can expect from us and what we'll expect from you as an allotment holder.

If you've not already applied for an allotment you can do so by going to the "Apply For An Allotment" section in the sidebar. You will be added to the waiting list for that site.

Once you're at the top of the waiting list two copies of the tenancy agreement will be sent out to you along with an offer letter, you will need to sign and return both copies along with the £15 per plot admin fee. Until we receive both copies and the admin fee the plot will not be assigned to you.

We also recommend taking a copy of any letters you send us for your own personal records in the event that your returned paperwork gets lost in the post.
