Turn over a new leaf - Horticulture courses in the New Year

New_leaf.png

Learn how to cut hedges and trees, build and repair fences, strim grass and maintain equipment on a short programme of practical training.

You’ll join a small team tutored by our experienced park rangers and land managers for 5 hours a week, and you’ll earn a Groundwork certificate in horticulture and land management.

Applications are open to people aged 18-24 who live in South Yorkshire and are not in education or employment.

We've already run two packed programmes, and there are four more planned for the New Year:

Programme 3 Every Monday from 12th January to 16th February 2015
Programme 4 Every Tuesday from 13th January to 17th February 2015
Programme 5 Every Monday from 23rd February to 30th March 2015
Programme 6 Every Tuesday from 24th February to 31st March 2015

Sounds good? Get in touch! philip.hayes@groundwork.org.uk or telephone 01226 740 077.
